On Windguru they present two types of forecast
1) GFS 2) WRF (at two density scales) Often they come up with different forecasts - the WRF in my experience often being windier. What in your experiences are the most reliable.

Have you looked at the page about weather modelling on the windguru site? It is rather helpful. At short range (ie for today) the different models should usually be roughly the same- big differences between them highlight either local effects or complex uncertainties in the weather systems.
Do be aware that if you're on a free account, your data is time delayed- on a pro account, the current forecasts are timestamped 0600 UTC today.
