Baglietto returns to the Monaco Yacht Show, taking place through September 26, with two world premieres: Kinda II, the first hull in the new T60 line, and the first yacht in the new FAST50 series.
Two yachts that embody different expressions of the same shipyard philosophy. The T60 marks a return to the refined performance that has shaped Baglietto's heritage, while the FAST50 introduces a new interpretation of life at sea, centered on generous volumes, natural light and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Both yachts feature exterior and interior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design, with the interiors developed in collaboration with Margherita Casprini. Naval architecture is by Pier Luigi Ausonio.
"For Baglietto, the Monaco Yacht Show has always been much more than an international showcase. It is where we choose to share our vision with an increasingly discerning clientele—one that places a premium on the quality and integrity of the design," says Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of Baglietto. "It is an opportunity to express, through our yachts, the future we are building: a future in which innovation and tradition are not opposing forces, but complementary languages of the same identity. For us, innovation means looking ahead without ever losing sight of where we come from. It is through the balance between heritage and contemporary design, emotion and technology, elegance and performance, that we continue to build the value of a brand that has been part of Italian yachting history for more than a century—and that today looks to the future with the same ambition that has always defined it."
"Baglietto's presence at this year's Monaco Yacht Show is particularly significant," adds Fabio Ermetto, Chief Commercial Officer. "We are presenting two world premieres that, through very different design languages, showcase the extraordinary versatility of our shipyard. The T60 embodies Baglietto's vision of a new contemporary luxury, centered on the freedom to experience the sea, the quality of the spaces and an increasingly fluid and personal approach to life on board. The FAST50, meanwhile, revisits and reinterprets one of the most iconic elements of Baglietto's DNA: speed, performance, a distinctly sporty character and the high-performance vocation that has shaped some of the most important chapters in our history."
Two very different yachts, yet united by the same ambition: to elevate the yachting experience through distinctive design, innovative solutions and an uncompromising focus on quality. This ability to explore new directions while preserving a strong and recognizable identity is one of Baglietto's greatest strengths today.
The yachts will be berthed at C07 Chicane (FAST50) and E10 Quai des Etats Unis (MY KINDA II) and will be available for viewing by appointment.
Kinda II: a new expression of well-being at sea
With the T60, Baglietto takes its vision of a yacht designed around the well-being of its guests to a new level. Generous volumes, expansive glazing and an uninterrupted connection with the horizon define bright, elegant and contemporary spaces designed to experience the sea in complete comfort, privacy and conviviality.
The yacht is designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design, responsible for both the exterior and interior design, with the interiors developed in collaboration with Margherita Casprini. Naval architecture is by Pierluigi Ausonio Naval Architecture.
Kinda II, the first of three T60s already sold and currently under construction, represents a significant milestone in Baglietto's development strategy, further strengthening the shipyard's position at the high end of the international yachting market. This growth is supported by targeted investments, the acquisition of new capabilities and the continued expansion of production capacity in response to growing demand for larger yachts.
At 60.6 meters (199 feet) in length and 1,100 GT, the T60 reinterprets Baglietto's classic design language through a contemporary lens. The timeless elegance that has always distinguished the brand is combined with highly recognizable features, from the lightweight, almost floating appearance of the hull sides to the long, continuous band of black glass integrating the windows—now a defining element of Baglietto's latest family feeling.
A seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces
On board the T60, the connection with the sea becomes an integral part of the architecture. The layout deliberately blurs the boundary between interior and exterior: full-height glass walls in the main saloon and upper deck can be completely opened, transforming the spaces into one fluid environment in constant dialogue with the horizon.
The beach area, saloon and dining room are arranged across two levels, creating a generous living environment designed around life on board. At its heart is an approximately 60-square-meter beach lounge, complete with swimming pool, gym, bar and conversation area—a space designed to keep guests connected to the sea throughout the day.
An entire deck dedicated to the owner
One of the most innovative features of this first hull is the decision to devote the entire upper deck to the owner, creating a true Owners' Deck.
The owner's suite includes a private office, walk-in closet and two spacious bathrooms. Large windows opening on three sides enhance the sense of continuity with the outdoors and overlook the private forward pool, which also features a counter-current swimming system.
Aft, a conversation area, open on three sides, flows seamlessly into the outdoor dining area and adjoining lounge, creating a deck conceived as an exclusive private retreat, entirely dedicated to the owner's privacy and well-being.
The interior layout comprises four guest cabins on the main deck and a fifth cabin on the lower deck, together with a professional galley. Two fold-down platforms extend the living space towards the sea and open onto a fully equipped SPA, featuring a massage room, sauna and hammam. Further aft, the swimming pool is complemented by a spacious sunbathing area.
The lower deck also accommodates the crew quarters for up to 13 crew members, while the sun deck brings together the wheelhouse, the captain's cabin and additional areas for outdoor living and relaxation.
The yacht's watersports facilities have likewise been designed to maximize freedom and flexibility: the garage located forward can accommodate a 23-foot tender, two jet skis and a rescue tender.
An additional touch-and-go helicopter platform further expands the T60's range of possibilities for exploration and use.
Performance and range
Reflecting a design philosophy that balances comfort and performance, the T60 is powered by twin CAT 3512E engines, delivering a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
With Kinda II, Baglietto translates a new vision of life at sea into a tangible reality: a yacht where architecture, design and technology come together around the experience of the guests, creating an increasingly direct and natural relationship with the sea.
FAST50: a new generation of high-speed aluminum yachts
Hull No. 10268 is the first yacht in the new FAST50 series, a new generation of sub-500 GT aluminum yachts that brings Baglietto's sporty DNA into a contemporary era.
At 50 meters (164 feet), with a top speed of 30 knots powered by four MTU 16V2000 M96L engines, the FAST50 combines high performance with the volumes and comfort traditionally associated with a displacement yacht, striking a new balance between speed, livability and customization.
Its shallow-draft semi-tunnel hull delivers outstanding performance even in waters with limited depth.
The project is designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design, responsible for both exterior and interior design together with Margherita Casprini, while naval architecture has been developed by Pierluigi Ausonio Naval Architecture.
The concept was born from the owner's desire to reinterpret the sleek lines of the iconic high-speed boats that helped define Baglietto's design heritage—from Adler and Pachamama to Monokini, winner of the Compasso d'Oro in 2016—while incorporating some of the signature stylistic elements introduced by the latest T-lines, launched with the T52.
The result is a bold, instantly recognizable yacht in which Baglietto's sporty language evolves through contemporary architectural and stylistic solutions.
A distinctive stern
The stern is one of the yacht's defining features. Arranged over two levels, it features fold-down bulwarks that extend the swim platform and transform the area into a true beach club directly connected to the sea.
Chaise longues facing the water complete the space, while a concealed transformer replaces the traditional passerelle, preserving the purity of the yacht's clean lines.
The relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces is further enhanced by full-height glazing opening on three sides on the upper deck, together with the yacht's distinctive cut-away bulwarks, which further strengthen the visual connection with the sea.
As with the Traditional line, the FAST50's layout has been conceived to create a seamless transition between interior and outdoor spaces.
Moving the ventilation ducts outside the hull has also allowed the designers to optimize the interior volumes and enhance the sense of space in the main salon, dedicated to conversation and entertainment. The dining area is located on the upper deck, within a panoramic veranda that opens on three sides.
Aft, the main garage features a floodable launch system and can accommodate a tender of up to 7 meters. A second garage is located forward.
A sporty DNA
Numerous details reinforce the yacht's performance-oriented character and introduce references to the automotive world, from the integrated air intakes to the stern cable fairleads inspired by the exhaust systems of high-performance sports cars.
The yacht's dynamic character is further emphasized by its distinctive Porsche Chalk hull color, applied using a Boero paint system.
The FAST50 also features a wide-body owner's suite, significantly increasing the owner's living space while preserving the proportions and elegance of the exterior profile. Two large silk-screened windows provide privacy while maintaining the yacht's cohesive visual language.
Outdoor spaces
The upper deck offers extensive opportunities for enjoying the outdoors. Aft, lounge and sunbathing areas create an inviting setting, while forward of the integrated helm station, the layout includes a conversation area, an additional sunpad and a jacuzzi positioned at the very bow.
The jacuzzi has been carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy and uninterrupted views of the sea, particularly when the yacht is at anchor or in port.
Behind the wheelhouse, a panoramic veranda houses the dining area. The rooftop—a feature still relatively uncommon in this category of yacht—is conceived as a private retreat for the owner, with a dining area and chaise longues dedicated to relaxation.
Interiors
The interiors, designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design in collaboration with Margherita Casprini, develop a refined, contemporary language that echoes the character of the exterior.
Teak, used both in a smooth finish and in slatted applications, is the primary material element, adding rhythm and a sense of depth throughout the spaces. Lacquered surfaces, clean lines and carefully selected materials—including "burnt" oak—create a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere.
The aesthetic vision is matched by a meticulous focus on weight optimization, essential to achieving the yacht's performance targets. Materials have therefore been selected with an emphasis on lightweight solutions, while marble and natural stone are used selectively and with precision.
The same attention to detail extends throughout the yacht: exterior handrails are crafted in titanium, while the lighting has been conceived as an integral part of the architecture, enhancing the materials, furnishings and surfaces.
Attention has been devoted to the galley, located amidships on the main deck and conceived as a social and convivial space. The layout reflects the owner's desire to personally enjoy this area with family and friends.
The lower-deck accommodation includes four guest cabins—two VIPs and two twins—all with en-suite bathrooms. The crew quarters comprise a spacious crew mess, the captain's cabin and four crew cabins with pullman berths.
Art plays a central role in the interior design. The designers selected the works to create a collection that engages in dialogue with both the architecture and the yacht's color palette. Works by contemporary artists and sculptors, including Tincolini, Paolillo and Francesco Zadora, are distributed throughout the yacht, creating a balanced dialogue with the warm materials and tones of the interiors. This highly personalized approach extends to the selection of elements designed to enhance the overall onboard experience.
Partners and onboard experience
The yacht's presentation at the Monaco Yacht Show has been enhanced by a selection of leading international partners: Frette bed and sofa linens; home and bath fragrances by Culti and Rancé 1795; sun-care products by Darling; furnishings and accessories by Ginori 1735; clothing by Lug Von Siga; eyewear by Web Eyewear; and bags by My Style Bag, featured throughout the owner's suite and guest areas.
The artistic selection is further enhanced by works presented by FP Art, adding another dimension to the yacht's already distinctive onboard collection.
With the FAST50, Baglietto introduces a new interpretation of the high-speed yacht: a platform where heritage, performance, design and customization converge within a single, highly versatile concept. It is a new expression of the shipyard's DNA, created for owners who seek speed and character without compromising on comfort, space or the freedom to personalize their yacht.
