Queensland's leading boating suppliers are joining with the National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Fishing & Boating Expo in Brisbane because no 4X4 is complete without towing a boat. Whether the avid 4 wheel drive enthusiast is seeking a new winch, a new boat, fish finder or tow bar, there's plenty of boating specialists at the show this weekend to assist.

According to Alan Blake, National President of the Boating Industry Association (BIA) Ltd, whilst owning a boat makes for memorable pastimes, being able to easily and safely tow the boat to the boat ramp enhances the experience. "Boating specialists at this show have been towing boats, camping and fishing for years. Everyone who loves the great outdoors knows that getting out onto the water is an experience to be cherished, and doing so while camping or on a 4X4 adventure is always on the 'to-do' list," he said.

Boating exhibitors at the National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Fishing & Boating Expo can also assist with information about the state regulations regarding towing, the fishing limits and what boat might best suit your style of fishing and vehicle.

"Our BIA members at the show are required to adhere to our own code of practice, which includes considering safety when making recommendations to customers. We also see vessel and engine maintenance as an important factor when it comes to safety and our members can certainly offer advice in this regard to visitors at the show," Alan Blake added.

Boating exhibitors at the National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Fishing & Boating Expo include vessel and engine suppliers such as: Brisbane Yamaha, Cunningham Marine, Motorsport Marine and North Coast Boating.
