Leisure Marine Sales Director Paul Honess comments:
"As world leaders in rope manufacturing for the Leisure Marine industry we take our position seriously and our products even more so, we have previously delivered small scale rope & splicing workshops on an adhoc basis for a while now and have done presentations in front of grass roots sailing clubs through to the elite racing teams.

Due to popular demand we are launching the Rope Show to share this technical knowledge with the wider sailing community. The response we've had from releasing our first year of dates has been fantastic, it has been really encouraging to see sailing clubs joining forces to share their passion and knowledge; and in doing so, helping to bring the sailing community together to make it a stronger industry as a whole. We are looking forward to getting on the road and meeting everybody in the upcoming months."

To celebrate the launch of the Rope-Show, Marlow's Leisure Marine UK Sales Manager and rope expert David Mossman, will be offering an insight into some of the Rope-Show content with a guest speaker slot on the Festival Stage on Saturday 15th and Wednesday 18th at 1pm-1.45pm. Marlow will also be running splicing tutorials at their J300 stand in the Ocean Hall daily at 2pm and 5.30pm and will be joined by members of the British Sailing Team.
