Piredda & Partners released 110m game-changer concept M/Y NOW

by Piredda & Partners 12 Apr 2021 02:40 PDT

Italian Yacht Design Firm Piredda & Partners has just released 110m game-changer concept M/Y NOW. The eye-catching design aims to mark the beginning of superyacht next generation.

Nicolò Piredda, Creative Director at Piredda & Partners, says: "The upcoming years hold a new way to go through the design process where designers will reconsider volumes, heights, proportions, as well as a new way of living aboard and new flows, while keeping functionality as first priority. The design result is on a whole new level."

M/Y NOW, 110m vessel by 15,6m beam (18,0 m including aft and forward wings), sheds the lights on this idea of the future. The volumes alignment alteration creates new spots onboard and splits areas with different purpose such as the private owner's deck and the crew quarter on bridge deck.

The exterior design features rational sporty lines on an overall modern appearance. The profile of the vessel draws a low silhouette that hides a great amount of interior space, thanks to the superstructure that connects three decks with continuous arcs resulting in two monolithic volumes floating on the full-glass housing. The hull features soft and clean forms that highlight the advanced surface which curvature shows amazing reflections.

The challenging soul finds its expression in the interior as well. Here the luxury talks with a rare ethnic style that merges refined materials from all around the globe in a pure tribute to Nature.

"The feeling breathed walking through these spaces is elegant but informal with a variation of open spaces, intimate corners, and private exclusive areas." describes Federico Lo Giudice, Piredda & Partners' Head of Interior Design.

A grand salon welcomes guests onboard in an impressive double height space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a true example of technological innovation and styling evolution. Among the other remarkable features there is the 75sqm theater placed amidship that boasts 4,4m clear height, the full-beam Arcade with terraces, the spacious Heli-lobby, the Basketball field on the forward deck, the Party deck on the top of the vessel, and other countless unique gems.

In her 4135GT, M/Y NOW accommodates 18 guests with the owner stateroom on a whole private deck, 4 VIP suites on main deck, and 4 guest cabins on lower deck, while the crew area accommodates 41 members including 4 staff.

M/Y NOW is a masterpiece that does not want to define a trend or a series, she rather wants to set a new beginning and be unique in any detail. Piredda & Partners' Marketing Manager Eleonora Moro adds: "Piredda & Partners creates unique designs, conceives visions, realizes dreams. M/Y NOW stands as a flag of our Design Studio, but there is so much more behind the scenes and so many fresh proposals ready to become reality."
