Old Reliable Bayliss 72'
Old Reliable (Hull 5) paid a visit to Old Reliable (Hull 25), to see how things were going in the final stages of her build. With a few successful fishing trips in the books, she is almost ready for christening on August 6th.
Our interior carpentry department has been busy adding the finishing touches to the salon and galley with the installs of the carpet, barstools, dinette and salon sofa.
Now that the protective panels have been removed from most items, the artistry of our interior carpentry crew is truly beginning to show. Final interior photos and running shots will be completed in the next week, and we look forward to celebrating the conclusion of Old Reliable's build!

Bayliss 75'
Hard work and excellent craftsmanship continues on Bayliss 75'. In July, natural teak additions made their way onto the hull from the bow to stern.
The teak toe rail and transom were both laminated and sanded in place by our exterior carpentry department. Additionally, progress has been made on the mezzanine buildout.
This past month, the interior carpentry department installed more mockups in the salon and galley, with the additions of the dinette mockup and other cabinetry items. The wire runs have also begun inside of Bayliss 75', as our electrical crews prepare to wire the battery boxes.

Bayliss 67' Overtime
It was a busy month of installs for Overtime (Bayliss 67'). Prior to the installations, the engine room was primed and painted, and the electrical and mechanical departments installed all necessary wirings.
The salon deck was also fabricated, glassed, sanded and flipped by our carpentry crew.
After the preparations were complete, it was time for heavy lifting. Overtime's generators, twin CAT C32B engines and salon deck were all successfully installed by our mechanical and exterior carpentry departments. We look forward to adding her interior walls in the lower accommodations next.
