Irish Sailing Champions' Cup 75th anniversary

The Irish Sailing All Ireland's or Helmsman's Championship is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.

To mark this, Irish Sailing have done three things: change the name to the Champions' Cup to reflect the more inclusive times in which we live, and update the nomination criteria for better female representation.

We're also delighted to launch a new short film showing a brief history of the event from its inception in 1947, interviewing some past winners and understanding its enduring legacy and importance.
