The Italian company headed by Giorgio Besenzoni attends the Monaco Yacht Show - from 27th to 30th September - with products from its UNICA division designed for the custom superyacht market. These include the new OCEANO range of multifunctional ladders.

The Bergamo-based company, a prominent player in the international nautical components market for more than 55 years, is at the Monaco Yacht Show, the international event focused on the world of large yachts being held September 27-30, with its range designed for the exclusive superyacht sector and the specific needs of its prestigious clients.

UNICA - Unique Yacht Accessories - products are in fact the result of a perfect synthesis between functionality and expression of Italian creativity. Wide scope of the range, very high-quality level of products and proven ability to develop fully customized solutions: from project design to the realization of Custom-Made items while also providing valuable support for on-board assembly and continuous after-sales assistance worldwide.

Among the products that are revolutionizing the world of superyacht stern beach handling is the line of ladders/platforms called Oceano.

The range of swim platforms/ladders called Oceano currently comprises 3 models (LP100 Plus, LP200 and LP300), which come in different sizes and finishes.

Their main function is of course as a bathing ladder or boarding ladder as they are specially designed to provide easy access to the quayside or to the water but also to make it easier to anchor the boat as well as safely get back on board from the water.

In addition to this, they can serve both as an extension of the beach area and as a comfortable tender lift platform.

Among the features of this multi-function ladder is the ability to safely lift loads of up to 400 kg by simply using the push-button panel which is easy to operate and extremely user-friendly. The ladder/platform is operated hydraulically. It involves an up/down movement and automatic alignment of the steps into a horizontal position. It is also possible to add a folding footboard at the end to extend the last step, making it even easier to access the quayside.

The structure of the Oceano ladders consists of AISI steel, which is renowned for being highly resistant to corrosion and extremely weather-proof. The coating applied to both the ladder and the platform will be of the owner's choice so that it blends with the overall décor of the boat. Adding lights to the steps means that using the ladder at night is extremely safe and atmospheric. The combination of the materials used ensures long-term durability in marine environments.

Besenzoni is at the Monaco Yacht Show at Booth DS69.
