Entries Open for 2024 River Exe Regatta

This annual event takes place on the beautiful Exe estuary and is organised by all the clubs on the river. This year the dinghy racing is having a complete refresh, to improve the quality of racing.

There will be two separate courses: a windward/leeward course for fast asymmetrics and multihulls, and a trapezoid course for fast and slow handicap. Both courses will start and finish from committee boat lines, and racing will be in the vicinity of Starcross YC / Lympstone SC, with visitor launching from Starcross YC.

The Saturday night Exe Regatta party will this year be hosted by Topsham SC.

There is a 60 boat entry limit so please be sure to enter in good time. Entry is free and via the Starcross YC events page at www.starcrossyc.org.uk/syc-events. No entries after 2300 on 9 July.

62 entries enjoy the wind arriving on cue both days Starcross Yacht Club hosted the dinghy and Hurricane cat racing on the Exe Estuary over the weekend 13 and 14 July.
