Edmiston, world leading superyacht brokerage, offers Project Secret for sale at €38,500,000.
True to its name, the details of Project Secret have remained strictly confidential until now. Commissioned by a private owner, Project Secret is being built by Tankoa Yachts in Genoa Sestri Ponente, for delivery in 2025. The award-winning Italian 'boutique shipyard' is known for realising clients' exacting visions in the creation of custom and semi-custom yachts.
The 51m, 169 ft Project Secret is being built by a hand-selected team that has decades of experience in combining tradition with technology, technical efficiency and absolute comfort. Project Secret includes a roll call of award-winning designers in its project team, including yacht designer Philippe Briand for Vitruvius, discerning interiors by FM Architettura, and Willem Van Cappellen whose acoustic mission for Project Secret was to accentuate sound of the sea.
With the design brief to create a 'floating beach house', Project Secret offers unparalleled amenities and design brilliance with a focus on comfort, elegant entertaining spaces and an appreciation for the beauty of the sea. Form meets function in its truest sense with the main deck's artform floating staircase. A versatile foredeck accommodates various interactions, from elegant dining to casual cocktails and a full sun pad with whirlpool hydro-spa and entertainment area. A magnificent gym and wellness area with infrared sauna, and a seaside dipping pool comprehensively cater to a range of health and wellbeing needs. And to help savour the very essence of ocean travel, the rhythmic whispers of the sea are accentuated. Comfort knows no limitations, with extensive accommodation for 12 guests and nine crew, including a full-beam master suite with push-button sea terrace.
Known for their ecological approach to yacht-building, Tankoa is installing Project Secret with a hybrid parallel propulsion system, maximising fuel and recharge efficiency.
