Baltic Yachts is delighted to announce a new contract for a 121ft (37m) high-performance blue water cruising sloop.

Naval architecture and exterior styling are by Malcolm McKeon, interiors by Adam Lay Studio. Construction has started with delivery in autumn 2026.

The design brief is for a blue water performance cruiser for extensive family cruising with emphasis on safe and reliable systems using well proven technologies. "This design features an all-carbon structure, a telescopic keel, a fixed bimini and a generous sail plan, ensuring excellent all-round sailing performance," says Malcolm McKeon. "The contemporary exterior styling maximises the use of glass in the superstructure, creating a light and open interior with 360 degrees views from the all-glass deckhouse."

"The interior will be a development of our studio's modern, nature-inspired, textural approach with clean lines and muted wood tones," says Adam Lay. "Contrasting textural fabrics will form part of the carefully balanced aesthetic with practicality and longevity kept in mind for relaxed family cruising."

"This commission plays to Baltic Yachts' key strengths," says Henry Hawkins, EVP at Baltic Yachts. "We have delivered 12 yachts over 100ft LOA in the last 10 years, all within their contractual weight targets, within their original budget and on average within a week of their contractual delivery dates. A track record of which we are very proud."

Three launches and a refit

Baltic Yachts has already launched two new builds this season: the third Baltic 68 Café Racer and a next-generation Baltic 80 Custom cruiser-racer. One more launch is due to follow shortly.

The shipyard also recently completed a wide-ranging and transformational refit of the Baltic 175 Ravenger (ex-Pink Gin VI), the world's largest carbon composite sloop, which has significantly boosted her already impressive sailing performance as well as restyling the interior.
