As epoxy formulators with more than 40 years of experience and in-house technical expertise, ATL Composites has the flexibility to tailor products for specific markets.

We are excited to introduce a new high-performance adhesive into our TECHNIGLUE range: Techniglue R28.

Techniglue R28 is a thixotropic, toughened system specifically formulated for applications requiring high-strength adhesion. With excellent gap-filling properties, R28 provides hold-up on vertical surfaces up to 10mm at 250C.

Techniglue R28 components were specifically formulated with a clear amber resin and a black hardener that, when mixed, produce a glossy black adhesive that will blend in with carbon composites to provide a uniform appearance on any exposed surfaces.

The product has undergone comprehensive testing for mechanical performance, cure development and thermal analysis during the formulation process to provide our customers with the assurance that R28 will meet performance expectations Cure characteristics and Mechanical Properties are provided on our Technical Data Sheet and can be downloaded on our website.

Packaged in a 2:1 450ml cartridge pack the dispensing nozzle makes for quick and clean application into tight or specific surface areas and takes the guess work out of achieving the correct mix ratio.

Proudly Australian made and owned, the TECHNIGLUE TM range of adhesives has been the "go to" product range for the marine, architectural, transportation, industrial and civil engineering industries.

Contact our Technical Team to discuss your specific application needs today.
