Augmenting the stellar line-up of sailing yachts on display with Ancasta at the boot Düsseldorf boat show will be the all-new Beneteau First 30.
Appearing on the world stage for the first time at the show, 18-26 January 2025, the Beneteau First 30 is the smallest model in the award-winning cruiser racer range from the French shipyard, whose name is synonymous with yachting.
At 10.33-metres long, with a light displacement of just 3150 kilograms, the new First 30 is launching a new category of yachts - the planing cruiser, where performance and comfort co-exist for safe, smooth sailing.
"The new First 30 is designed to plane, allowing sailors to experience that incredible moment when you're at full speed and the hull lifts and you're gliding across the water," says Stuart Brotherton, Brand Manager for Beneteau at Ancasta Group.
"Dynamic and quick, everything is smoother and more responsive to create a unique and unforgettable racing experience, even for smaller crews, while the clear cockpit and simple rig make navigation fun and intuitive for effortless cruising.
"By choosing either the cruising or racing layout, the First 30 can be perfectly matched to the needs of each skipper. For example, the cruising version features large winches and ergonomic controls to simplify handling, while the racing version includes a mainsail traveller for more accurate trimming."
Below deck, the boat has capacity for four people divided between two cabins which are complemented by a comfortable saloon, fully fitted galley and smart storage spaces.
Other models from this renowned sailing brand on show at the world's largest indoor boat show will be:
- Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60 - Nominated as European Yacht of the Year 2023 in Best Luxury Cruiser category

McConaghy Multihulls
Following on from the successful presentation of its MC75 at the Superyacht Regatta in Barcelona during the America's Cup, McConaghy will be celebrating the launch of its new MC68 from its bespoke hospitality booth at the show in Düsseldorf.
Drawing on its five decades of experience building fast, lightweight yachts, the new MC68 bridges the gap between the MC62 and new MC75 in McConaghy's range of semi-custom, luxury performance power and sailing multihulls.
From 55 to 125 feet, McConaghy's expanding range is designed for experienced sailors who want to explore the oceans onboard a yacht design to meet their individual requirements.
Lagoon Catamarans
With its Lagoon 43 nominated for European Yacht of the Year, and the Lagoon 60 having just won Multihull of the Year at the British Yachting Awards, the Lagoon Catamarans team is inviting show goers to join them in their hospitality booth to find out more about its award-winning series of sailing and power catamarans ranging from 40 to 82 feet.
