The 2025 British Motor Yacht Show, held at Premier's Swanwick Marina in Hampshire from 15 - 18 May, has been hailed a resounding success.

Drawing in serious buyers and industry professionals from across the UK and beyond, the show delivered four days of exceptional showcases, meaningful appointments and standout product launches.

Now in its twelfth year, the event is curated by Fairline, Premier Marinas, Sunseeker and Princess, which is proudly celebrating its 60th anniversary. It welcomed over 80 luxury vessels representing more than 40 renowned brands. Highlights included the world premiere of the Rib-X International Phaeton and an exciting line-up of UK debuts, such as the Sunseeker Manhattan 68 (2025), Sunseeker Predator 55, Fjord 39XP, Axopar 29 CCX, Bellini Astor 36, Bavaria SR35 HT, SR38 HT, Pearl 63 and Saxdor 340 GTWA.

A further highlight was the largest-ever display of Sanlorenzo yachts at a UK boat show, as well as a strong showing from several new exhibitors making their show debuts, including NAVAN Boats, Delta Powerboats, Fleming Yachts and Van den Hoven Jachtbouw.

A triumph for bespoke British boatbuilding

The show also proved a triumph for smaller and bespoke builders, with Dale, Rustler and Cockwells drawing particular attention. Cockwells' striking Hardy 45 was seen by many for the very first time and widely admired for its craftsmanship.

An unparalleled line-up

Founding partners Fairline, Princess and Sunseeker were joined by global names including Azimut, Absolute, Prestige, Beneteau, Jeanneau, Galeon, Pardo, Bluegame, Sealine, Sea Ray, Protector, XO, Greenline, Regal, Windy, Aquila, Hinckley, DALE, Rustler and many more.

From flagship luxury motor yachts to cutting-edge sports cruisers, versatile adventure boats and high-performance RIBs, the event delivered a dynamic showcase of style, innovation and marine engineering.

More than boats

Beyond the waterline, visitors also explored a wide range of marine services and solutions - from insurance and berthing to yacht finance, transportation and onboard technology. Exhibitors included Premier Marinas, Nautafix, Global Marine, Elite Teak, Clase Connected and many others, offering tailored advice and premium service options.

The show was supported by CGI Finance and Sevenstar Yacht Transport, whose expertise and sponsorship contributed to the smooth delivery and continued growth of the event.

Held in the picturesque setting of Premier's Swanwick Marina on the River Hamble, the appointment-led format created a calm, curated experience for buyers and exhibitors alike.

James Lumley, Sales Manager, Sunseeker London Group, said: "This year's British Motor Yacht Show was a phenomenal success. We were proud to debut the Sunseeker Manhattan 68 and Predator 55 and showcase our largest-ever display at the show to a highly engaged audience. The appointment-led format continues to be a real strength - it creates the right conditions for meaningful conversations and serious sales."

James Barke, Managing Director of Boats.co.uk, representing Fairline Yachts, said: "We had a fantastic response from visitors - from first-time buyers to loyal customers looking to upgrade. The show consistently delivers the right audience and environment for high-quality interactions. It's an essential part of our calendar."

Roger Lipman, Sales Director, Princess Motor Yacht Sales, said: "We were delighted to showcase an exceptional display of Princess yachts at our home marina, especially in our 60th anniversary year. The British Motor Yacht Show continues to set the standard for boat shows in the UK - focused, aspirational and beautifully presented."

Graham Bristowe, Marina Manager at Premier Marinas Swanwick, said: "We're incredibly proud to have hosted what many are calling the best show yet. It's been fantastic to welcome such a strong line-up of vessels and guests to the marina and the buzz across the site has been brilliant. We now look ahead to 2026 and building on this year's success."

Looking ahead to 2026

Organisers are delighted to confirm that the British Motor Yacht Show will return from 14 - 17 May 2026.

Exhibitors wishing to secure the current 2025 rates for next year's show are encouraged to confirm participation by 31 July 2025.
