Rediscovering the pleasure of cruising in all sea conditions, without compromising on refined Italian design. These are the values at the heart of Marcopolo Adventure Yachts, the new adventure yacht brand led by the extensive experience of Rosario Alcaro.

The first two models, the MP10 and MP12, measuring 10 and 12 meters respectively, are already in the final construction phase and will make their official debut at boot Düsseldorf 2026, from January 17 to 25.

"I'm thrilled to embark on this new adventure, together with designer Roberto Delfanti and 3AF Shipyard in Villafranca Tirrena, near Messina," says Rosario Alcaro. "We have combined my experience with that of specialized shipyard professionals and young talent, in a spirit of innovation and renewal. At a time when boats often resemble floating villas, MARCOPOLO aims to rediscover the true essence of cruising, the thrill of adventure and exploration, while staying true to the aesthetic excellence of Italian design."

"These are technical boats, highly organized, focused on onboard comfort and... with a stylish touch," says Roberto Delfanti, who oversaw the entire design process with his studio ROBERTO DELFANTI DESIGN LAB. The design immediately conveys a kind of military-inspired look: boats that embody strength and seaworthiness while delivering excellent performance through powerful outboard engines.

Up close, attention to detail becomes evident. The choice of fine materials and design that enhances the yachts with unmistakable Italian flair. Transformable solutions maximize space and onboard comfort. The hull has been engineered to withstand challenging conditions, featuring a hull form designed to tackle any weather and sea state. This versatility makes the models ideal for markets worldwide; from the Mediterranean to Northern Europe, from the U.S. to inland lakes. For this reason, the models will be offered in both open and cruiser versions.

"The design phase began with an in-depth analysis of the hull developed in collaboration with our technical office, defining highly profiled geometry with steps," explains Roberto Delfanti. "We then focused on onboard livability, ensuring maximum interior comfort and exterior safety, achieving volumes typical of larger boats. For instance, the deck widens toward the bow, while at the stern we have introduced fold-down bulwarks to expand the space."

Visually, the new MP10 and MP12 immediately catch the eye with their distinctive reverse windshield, coupled with warmth and elegance that are unmistakably Italian. Construction has also received meticulous attention, with the use of state-of-the-art materials, many never before applied in yachting, bringing innovation to resins, upholstery and woodwork. The shipyard will soon unveil these developments, underscoring the brand's signature innovative spirit.

With Marcopolo Adventure Yachts, a new vision of navigation takes shape, where technique and passion meet under the sign of Italian excellence.
