When some of Britain's best sailing coaches meet at the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy for an RYA Continuous Professional Development Day, you can guarantee that the sailor's competitive instincts are going to be ignited!

Coaches spend a lot of time on the water, but mostly in RIBs, so they were very happy to actually sail and race themselves in the Melges 15 dinghies, making for a lot of smiling faces.
