Maritimo 2023 S600 LEADERBOARD
BTYC used to stand for British Transport Yacht Club, originally set up by the British Transport Union, but we've been an open club for many years. We welcome anyone who's interested in sailing or learning to sail. Every Saturday we get a good number of boats racing, with helms and crews of all levels of skill.

There are also regular social events organised by the club, most of which are free or cost a few pounds to cover things like food and drink. With no paid staff, we operate on the basis of mutual effort for mutual satisfaction.

Our members are encouraged to get involved with the clubs activities in any way they can, but of course there's no obligation.
