If you like using boating apps when you're on the water, we think you may want to check out the free Boaters Guide app. It puts a lot of what you need to know in one place! Boaters Guide shows you Marinas and their VHF contact info and lets you quickly check the weather and tides via links to Windy and TidesPro apps -- you can even report whale sightings and find the lowest cost fuel!

And as an added feature, this app can provide alerts if you are near the no-go whale sanctuary zones in the San Juan and Gulf Islands, as well if you are in the seaplane advisory zone in Lake Union. All great info that boaters need to be mindful of when on the water.
