The Italian company headed by Giorgio Besenzoni will showcase its wide range of tried and tested products at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival, both at the stand and on board the highest specification yachts, including the multi-function swim platform ladders of the new OCEANO range as well as the P242 Seagull helm seats.

The most important end-of-summer international event for pleasure boating, the Cannes Yachting Festival, which will take place from 12 to 17 September, is fast approaching and Besenzoni will of course be there with its range of accessories that can be installed on motor boats or large sailboats. Its high-quality products are reliable components that will guarantee that you always have a safe, relaxing and enjoyable time on the water.

Besenzoni, in particular, has expanded the range of one of its products which in the last few years has helped make the rear part of boats seem like proper beach areas where comfort, space, easy access to and from the water provide you with a unique experience whether you are sailing or at anchor.

The range of swim platforms/ladders called Oceano currently comprises 3 models (LP100 Plus, LP200 and LP300), which come in different sizes and finishes.

Their main function is of course as a bathing ladder or boarding ladder as they are specially designed to provide easy access to the quayside or to the water but also to make it easier to anchor the boat as well as safely get back on board from the water.

In addition to this, they can serve both as an extension of the beach area and as a comfortable tender lift platform.

Among the features of this multi-function ladder is the ability to safely lift loads of up to 400 kg by simply using the push-button panel which is easy to operate and extremely user-friendly. The ladder/platform is operated hydraulically. It involves an up/down movement and automatic alignment of the steps into a horizontal position. It is also possible to add a folding footboard at the end to extend the last step, making it even easier to access the quayside.

The structure of the Oceano ladders consists of AISI steel, which is renowned for being highly resistant to corrosion and extremely weather-proof. The coating applied to both the ladder and the platform will be of the owner's choice so that it blends with the overall décor of the boat. Adding lights to the steps means that using the ladder at night is extremely safe and atmospheric. The combination of the materials used ensures long-term durability in marine environments.

On display at the boat show will be one of the automatic seats that is most popular with customers of the Bergamo-based company, the P242 Seagull: with its modern design, which customers love, it will convince even the most demanding and exacting boat owners. Its simple and elegant design perfectly complements the stylish solutions adopted on the various crafts as it can be almost completely personalised and customised. Its technical features fully satisfy the requirements of those embarking on longer trips, in particular by ensuring absolute comfort thanks to its ergonomic seat, tilting backrest and adjustable footrest. The P242 seat has different armrest widths depending on whether a joystick or other controls are required.
