Usually, touchscreens and direct sun don't mix. Trying to use your smartphone in broad daylight typically involves some combination of hand-shading and eye-squinting. And, if you've ever left your phone out in the sun, you've probably encountered an overheat error screen.

When designing Arc One we were met with a two-pronged challenge: building a touch screen experience that would deliver uncompromising brightness during long days on the water, and stay cool enough even on the hottest summer days.

That meant developing liquid-cooling technology to keep our touchscreens usable in any weather. The user interface on Arc One is the brightest touchscreen on the water today. No more eye squinting.
