Columbus Yachts presents the new 48-metre Crossover, a next-generation explorer vessel designed for those who experience the sea as a realm of exploration and beauty. Four decks, oceanic spirit, and design vision blend into a yacht that combines freedom, power, and style without compromise.

Following the success of the Crossover line - with the first 42-meter model already launched and a second 47-meter unit under construction and sold - Columbus Yachts continues its growth path with a bold initiative: the self-financed construction of the new 48-meter yacht. The keel laying took place at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard in Savona, a symbol of expertise and innovation.

The Crossover 48 is based on a proven naval platform, evolved to offer a perfect balance between contemporary elegance and functionality. Built in steel with aluminium superstructures, it features a maximum beam of 8.60 metres and a draft of 2.75 metres: dimensions designed to guarantee stability, autonomy, and oceanic performance.

Signed by Hydro Tec studio - which also takes care of the naval engineering alongside the shipyard - the Columbus Crossover 48 is a manifesto of versatility. Every space is designed to enhance time on board, multiplying the possibilities of experiencing the sea in all its nuances. The exterior design reflects a strong and decisive identity: taut lines, muscular volumes, and sculpted proportions in the bow section, a distinctive trait of the most authentic explorers.

The displacement hull, with a bulbous bow and flat, streamlined stern sections, guarantees comfort and reliability even on the most demanding ocean crossings. But it's in its transformative spirit that the Crossover 48 surprises: the generous cockpit can accommodate a large tender thanks to a recessed crane, or transform into a refined oasis of well-being with a pool, lounge areas, and convivial spaces.

The vessel can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 cabins (4 cabins below deck, 1 VIP cabin on the main deck and the owner's cabin on the upper deck).

The Columbus Crossover 48 is much more than a yacht. It's a new way of experiencing the sea, with the awareness that every journey is an opportunity to explore oneself, as well as the world.
