Central to Oceanco NXT is a drive to design spaces that reflect how our lifestyles are evolving, allowing those onboard to live better. Growing evidence suggests that the integration of natural elements into our surroundings triggers a strong positive impact on our health and wellbeing.
In our work with TANK, Oceanco is exploring the potential for nature-inspired - or biophilic - design to enrich the living spaces of our yachts. Textures, colors, forms and shapes reflect those found in the ocean, with nature elegantly interpreted through lighting, materials and organically informed furnishings. The result stimulates creativity, positivity and a sense of wonder at the natural world.

Alongside this contemporary approach to the physical qualities of a yacht, TANK considers how we will want to use its spaces in a balanced way. The designers divide a yacht into distinct energy moods across deck levels: one for retreating and self-care; one for daily tasks like meeting loved ones, working and exercising; and one for connection, from social interactions and partying to enjoying time together by the water. The result is an intuitive take on how we live our lives today that has never been seen before in yacht design.

Together, we are determined to achieve zero impact on the environment and co-create the most exiting yachts we can for future generations.
